Top Gig for Tom & Terry

18th January is probably getting a bit late for 'Happy New Year' but all the best to everyone for 2013. Incidentally, we didn't win the 'Hotel of the Year Award' this year but congratulations go to our neighbours, rivals and friends at the Ascot.

The tenuous link to the Welbeck for today's blog comes from the fact that our son, Terence still displays, 'Works at the Welbeck' on his Facebook profile despite the fact I think he only did one shift in 2012 and that was under duress.

Following hot on the heels of his Australian stage debut when he played a 20 minute set at Kitty O'Sheas in Surfers Paradise, South East Queensland (there is no truth to the rumour that the singer/guitarist had to biff Terence to eventually get his guitar and microphone back,) he is playing at Ramsey Masonic Hall in an all day extravagsanza 23rd February.

The Northern Lights Studio Project is holding a fundraiser as the name suggests to build a recording studio to support local musicians and to help them produce their art professionally.

You might have to blow up the picture of the poster and view it with a magnifying glass but his name is on there, though he is actually playing with his accoustic partner in crime, so it will be Tom & Terry.

  2. Didn't know that! You are a mine of totally irrelevant and hugely useless information. Thank you very much :)
